Pilgrim Systems, one of the UK's leading legal software solutions providers, is pleased to announce that it has recently installed and taken live two Case Management systems at Glasgow based Anderson Fyfe and they are in negotiations to provide a third solution to the practice.

Anderson Fyfe has a long history of supplying legal services to a wide variety of UK based companies. As a consequence of the continuing expansion of their Debt Recovery and Mortgage Repossession business the practice identified a need for the upgrading of its existing Case Management system.

Partner David Chaplin commented, "It was important to the practice that we chose a proven system that could be implemented and be live within some fairly tight deadlines. We reviewed the Case Management market, with particular attention to what our competitors were using, and chose the Pilgrim system as it offered all of the functionality we needed along with their guarantee to meet our timetable".

Chaplin added, "Both systems are now live and we are already seeing the benefits of being able to process more quickly and accurately our Debt Recovery and Mortgage Repossession cases. One area of particular time saving is in the more efficient generation of both management and client reports".
