Matt began his career in the information technology market in 1994 initially within the Microsoft Certification training industry. Prior to joining Pilgrim he spent seven years working as Business Development Manager across the UK and Australia with a leading legal work flow and matter management solution provider. He has a wealth of experience and knowledge across the private practice, commercial and government legal environments.

Roger previously worked for the recently merged LexisNexis Practice Management company, firstly as an account executive for Axxia for 14 years and then for Solicitec/Visualfiles for 10 years having formed the Government/Corporate division and subsequently managing the team.  Following the acquisition by LexisNexis he took the opportunity to look for pastures new and after a year of part time consultancy took advantage of the invitation to join the Pilgrim sales team and is now working closely with Matt to promote and demonstrate the LawSoft benefits to the legal market.
