Ellis Jones, a 120 user law firm with 5 offices in Dorset and Hampshire, has selected Pilgrim LawSoft as its next generation PMS solution.   Ellis Jones took the decision to replace its existing Cognito PMS in order that it may improve the level of functionality and analysis information available to fee-earners and the senior management team.  The investment in Pilgrim will see Ellis Jones introduce the LawSoft Practice, Workflow and Client Relationship Management solutions to the firm’s users.

Ellis Jones’ Finance Director, Alan Redfern, explains the firm’s choice.
