Blandy
& Blandy Selects Pilgrim LawSoft 01 May 2007
Leading Thames
Valley firm Blandy & Blandy Solicitors has selected Pilgrim’s
LawSoft to replace its current Axxia practice management system. The
decision was made after a thorough review of available systems lasting
almost a year. The investment in Pilgrim will see Blandy & Blandy
introduce LawSoft Practice, Document, Client Relationship and Case
Management solutions.
Partner heading the selection, Nick Burrows, explains the choice.
“Like many law firms in today’s market we require more
than the basic bookkeeping and client management facilities from our
practice management software. We want improvements in efficiency,
tools to monitor the performance of the business and facilities to
further enhance the quality of service we provide to our clients.
We were extremely impressed with the approach taken by Pilgrim. They
seemed less concerned about selling us software, and instead concentrated
at looking at our business and how we might make changes for the better.
They then related this to LawSoft giving us a clear vision of the
business benefits we can expect.”
Commenting on the win, Pilgrim’s Sales Director David Thorpe
added;
“This is a very rewarding win for Pilgrim. Blandy & Blandy
is a highly regarded, well established firm with an excellent reputation.
Given their selection criteria, the choice of LawSoft just endorses
the capacity it has to deliver a real return on investment. We are
delighted to welcome the firm to the Pilgrim client base and we look
forward to working with them for many years to come.”
