Pilgrim Systems is delighted to announce that legal technology expert Steve Falconer has joined them effective from 11th February, 2008.

Steve, who for the previous 5 years was Regional Manager for LexisNexis Visualfiles, has an in depth understanding of Pilgrim’s three main areas of focus; Matter, Case and Practice Management Systems. Steve joins as Customer Account Manager and is responsible for ensuring all LawSoft clients maximise the ROI that is achievable with Pilgrim’s technology.

Mr. Falconer comments,

‘When I started talking to Pilgrim it made me take stock of what is really going on in the legal technology market place. The more I thought about it, the more I realised that Pilgrim, its independent status, its technology and the team it now has, is best placed to deliver effective solutions for law firms. The chance to work with proven talent like David Thorpe, Jim Cummings and Colin Kennedy is really appealing. They have a unique combined skill-set and understanding of the legal IT market, allowing them to put in place a plan for Pilgrim that will see it go from strength to strength. I believe I have a valuable part to play in this plan and am looking forward to working with our customers to ensure we carry on the success Pilgrim is already enjoying.’

Steve will be working with both David Thorpe and Colin Kennedy. Mr. Kennedy commented,
