Pilgrim & Redwood Announce Partnership

  Pilgrim Systems is delighted to announce a partnership agreement with Redwood Analytics. Under the agreement Pilgrim will complement its LawSoft Practice Management System with Redwood’s Business Intelligence suite and provide consulting, implementation and support services in respect of the same.

Sales Director for Pilgrim, David Thorpe, commented on the agreement:

It has developed an outstanding software suite that delivers levels of analysis and business understanding which hitherto have been impossible to achieve with standard applications. Under this partnership, Pilgrim will be able to offer their clients the Redwood Business Intelligence product suite, Redwood Dashboard and Redwood Benchmarking. The BI product suite is comprised of different modules that will allow clients to examine in detail their firm performance in areas such as time and billing, profitability, business development and lawyer productivity. Redwood Dashboard enables lawyers to monitor their book of business and personal performance via a web-based application, and Redwood Benchmarking gives Pilgrim customers an external view of their peers’ performance on an aggregated basis.
