Hooper to replace Firmware PMS with LawSoft 17 October 2007
Campbell
Hooper, a 130 user law firm in Westminster, has selected Pilgrim’s
LawSoft as its next generation PMS solution. Campbell Hooper took
the decision to replace its existing Firmware PMS in order that it
may improve the level of functionality and analysis information available
to fee-earners and the senior management team. The investment in Pilgrim
will see Campbell Hooper introduce the LawSoft Practice, Workflow
and Client Relationship Management solutions to the firm’s users.
The firm will also be providing its lawyers with enhanced access via
PDAs by implementing LawSoft Xtreme.
Campbell Hooper’s IT Director, Chris Simmons, explains the firm’s
choice.

and that Pilgrim’s strategy offered the best fit with our firm.
LawSoft’s web client was a key factor in Pilgrim’s success
as it will provide our users with full remote access. This is particularly
important as one of the firm’s key objectives is to offer lawyers
a more modern and flexible approach to work which supports a successful
work/life balance. LawSoft’s thin client technology will also
help to reduce IT desktop support issues.”
