Following our recent user group meetings in Edinburgh and London we are delighted to report that the early adopters of LawSoft Release 7.0 gave very positive reports of their experiences and solidly backed Pilgrim’s push to move the user base to the new version.

We are extremely appreciative of the time Michael Kinnear of Pemberton Greenish took to present at both meetings as it is always useful for users to hear the first hand experiences of one of their own. Michael’s presentation explained the upgrade process which Pemberton Greenish followed and the initial impressions formed by the firm.

Michael commented:

“Following some careful planning the migration to LawSoft R7 ran extremely smoothly - so much so that we managed to finish the live upgrade far enough ahead of schedule to squeeze in a well earned beer!”

Encouragingly, both of the Initial Product Release (IPR) sites, Pemberton Greenish and Lindsays, are now pushing on to take advantage of many of the improvements provided by R7 and both firms will be embarking on projects to implement the exciting new Client and Matter Inception module previewed at Pilgrim’s recent webinars.
