Cardiff's driving force accelerates from Iris to Pilgrim's LawSoft
26 August 2009

Based in Cardiff’s vibrant business hub Cardiff Bay, Capital Law LLP has selected LawSoft to replace their legacy Iris system. Headed by entrepreneurial Managing Partner Chris Nott, this fast moving practice is recognised as a significant national player in a number of sectors and has grown significantly over the past two years.

This latest win for Pilgrim Systems further cements its position as the system of choice for forward thinking law firms. LawSoft will provide Capital Law with the tools necessary to pursue ambitious expansion plans for the future while delivering new efficiencies, improved cashflow and processes that enhance working practices and customer experience.

Chris Nott, when asked why the firm chose LawSoft, stated “Our old system was fine for us at the time we purchased it but we are a different business now. We are much larger and have more sophisticated needs in areas like billing, process management, performance indicators and risk management and LawSoft gives us the right tools.

We are thoroughly enjoying working with Pilgrim. It’s refreshing to interact with people that obviously know what they are talking about and are enthusiastic about their subject matter.”

Colin Kennedy Pilgrim’s COO said, “Capital Law has really impressed us. They have a really forthright, no-nonsense attitude to business which has clearly contributed to their success. We are confident LawSoft can support their aspirations for the future and it is a pleasure to be working with Chris and his excellent team.”
