| Initial Meeting
Pilgrim representatives will meet with the firm’s system selection team to discuss at a high level what the firm’s requirements are and how good a fit LawSoft is for the firm. Providing there is obvious common ground then a selection process timetable will be agreed. Each phase of this process will allow the firm to accurately assess Pilgrim’s capabilities in terms of the quality and functionality of the LawSoft software, ability to continually develop the product, ability to deliver the initial project, ability to provide excellent support services and ability to continually add value to the firm’s use of LawSoft via Pilgrim’s experiences elsewhere in the legal profession.
Discovery Meeting
Pilgrim will run through a detailed Discovery Agenda that brings to the surface the key business issues that face the firm, issues with its current technology and the firm’s future strategy and how its technology needs to support this strategy.
Tailored Presentation & Software Demonstration
Based on the information gleaned from the Discovery session Pilgrim is able to ensure that the principle presentation and software demonstration hone in on the key areas for your business. Pilgrim will demonstrate its understanding of these issues and how its technology and people will address these issues with you.
Business Area Specific Workshops
Pilgrim will if appropriate recommend some tailored workshops for key areas of the business to allow specific types of users to assess LawSoft in greater detail. Individual sessions can be arranged for marketing staff, cashroom staff, case workers, managers and partners.
Preferred Supplier Status
Once the firm has decided that it would like to proceed with Pilgrim, further sessions with each relevant area of the business will be held to ensure our services estimate is as accurate as possible. Pilgrim will also make the firm aware of its roles and responsibilities throughout the lifespan of the initial project.
Project Handover
Contracts will be agreed and then an initial project meeting will be arranged. At the outset of this meeting Pilgrim’s Sales Team officially pass responsibility for the firm’s project to the Project Team. From this point forward a dedicated Project Manager will become the fulcrum for all project activity and the firm’s point of contact.
