Going live with LawSoft® is an important part of the project but is by no means the end of the process. Pilgrim does not consider the system fully live until the business benefits for which it was purchased are capable of being measured and evidenced.

Even then, we believe this is only the start of the business relationship. The firm will invest considerable sums in annual maintenance charges and at Pilgrim we make sure that the services provided reflect the level of that investment.

The ongoing support services include the following key elements:
 
 

Software Support
Pilgrim offers software support on every working day, and most bank holidays without prior arrangement. A sophisticated call tracking system ensures that calls are dealt with based on priority and automated escalation routines notify Pilgrim managers if calls are unresolved outside of their agreed SLAs.

Calls can be logged by telephone, e-mail, fax or via a Pilgrim supplied Outlook form designed specifically for this purpose. All Pilgrim clients can interrogate and track call status on-line.

Fixes and Patches
Any patches or other software fixes will be made available to clients. An online facility allows clients to check for such updates and download them without recourse to Pilgrim.

New Software Features
LawSoft® is a constantly evolving product. New features are introduced as a result of client request and Pilgrim innovation. All clients are entitled to the very latest versions of LawSoft® meaning that they constantly benefit as the software grows in scope. All new versions include updated documentation and are generally user-installable.

Executive Reviews
Nobody understands law firms as well as the people who manage and work within them. Pilgrim has a commitment to make sure that LawSoft® continues to address the needs of the profession as these needs change over time. Accordingly, the relationship with Pilgrim includes scheduled director level reviews for the lifetime of the implementation. LawSoft® and Pilgrim improve as a direct result of customer feedback.
